Charity

We started our own real estate company, not just to assist people in the buying and selling process, but something more.  We figured out how to integrate our real estate business, with making a difference in our local community. We wanted to contribute to organizations that we were passionate about, while allowing our clients to be apart of the “Give Back” process. We developed a list of Non-Profit Organizations covering a wide range of needs: Child Poverty, Veterans, Homelessness, Environmental Issues, Mental Health and Animal Shelters. Upon completion of each real estate closing we will donate 5% of our commission to the organization of our client’s choice.

A "THREE-CORD" APPROACH TO MINISTRY

We are Christ-centered, church-based and child-focused

Taken individually each cord is not unique. However, when taken together, why we serve, how we serve and who we serve creates a distinct approach to ministry.

  • WE RELEASE CHILDREN FROM POVERTY IN JESUS' NAME
  • WE HELP DEVELOP CHILDREN INTO ALL GOD INTENDS THEM TO BE
  • WE DO ALL OF OUR WORK THROUGH LOCAL CHURCHES

Child development equips children today with skills to succeed tomorrow. Holistic child development provides opportunities that encourage the healthy development of all aspects of a child — spiritually, physically, socially, emotionally, and even economically.

We do all of our work through partnerships with thousands of local churches in 25 countries around the world.

Colorado Veterans Project

Our Mission is to enhance pride and patriotism in all Coloradans by building a stronger, more supportive community around our Veterans.

Colorado Veterans Project understands the need for a greater appreciation for all Veterans and their families. We are the largest Veteran event-oriented nonprofit organization in Denver. We work side-by-side with the City and County of Denver as well as various Veteran organizations in order to maximize the impact of our special events. Past events have gathered remarkable numbers of spectators and we always offer the opportunity for fellow Veteran nonprofits to host a booth and advertise to our participants.

Mental Health Colorado

Mental illness is treatable. And early, effective intervention is far less expensive than the alternative. This is a fight we can win. Join us.

Mental Health Colorado is the state’s leading advocate in promoting mental health, ending stigma, and ensuring equitable access to mental health and substance use services. Mental Health Colorado is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization and an affiliate of Mental Health America.

Mental Health Colorado advocates for the more than one million Coloradans who experience a mental health or substance use disorder each year. We engage policymakers, providers, the public, and the press to promote early intervention, expand access to affordable services, and eradicate stigma and discrimination. Our efforts range from the Capitol to the classroom.
