Kelly Belcher is the Co-Owner and Managing Broker of Keshley Realty, a boutique real estate company, steps from Downtown Littleton, Colorado. Kelly is a graduate of Colorado State University, where she received her bachelor’s degree in Resort and Restaurant Management.
After college, Kelly worked in a variety of industries. She spent her early years working in the restaurant industry as a General Manager. Later she worked for many years in a family Oil/Gas Business where she was responsible for client communication and monthly revenue distributions for hundreds of investors. Her real estate career was born in a family business as well, where she held her license for over 15 years. Over the last few years, she has had a lot of fun dabbling in fashion consulting and sales. Her vast work experience has allowed her the knowledge and understanding to be a highly qualified real estate professional and business owner.
Kelly is a third generation Colorado Native and currently lives in Downtown Littleton, minutes from where she grew up. Kelly is extremely active in the Community as a mom of two boys. She volunteers with many organizations to include school fundraisers, and various roles with both boys’ soccer teams. Kelly enjoys spending her free time running on the trails with her family and dogs, biking, playing soccer, traveling to new places, experimenting with new dinner recipes, meaningful talks with her friends and of course fine wine!
Ashley has had the opportunity to work in various industries that have equipped her with tools, knowledge and resources that have come to compliment her real estate career. Her education in fashion design taught her how to focus her creativity, the significance of individuality and the importance of paying attention to detail. Her time working for a general contractor proved to be the most valuable. While there, she attained beneficial construction knowledge, along with useful connections and resources.

She is a co-founder of Keshley Realty; a boutique style real estate firm located in Littleton. Ashley services the entire front range but specializes in the southwest side of Denver. In the last six years, Ashley has had over 6 million dollars in successful closings. She contributes her success to her market knowledge, working one-on-one with each client and personally over-seeing each transaction from beginning to end.
Ashley’s passion aside from real estate is spending time with friends and family. She loves to stay as active as possible; whether its chasing her two year old daughter, playing soccer or traveling. She is also very dedicated to her faith and believes that “it’s not about what we have in life, but who we have in our life that matters the most.”
